About The Position

We're looking for a dependable, safety-minded L&G Delivery Driver/Clean-Up to join our team. In this hands-on role, you'll safely deliver agricultural and lawn & garden equipment, maintain an organized and professional dealership appearance, and support daily operations. If you enjoy working outdoors, operating equipment, and being part of a team that takes pride in serving customers, this is a great opportunity.

Requirements

General knowledge of agricultural equipment operation.
Ability to safely operate vehicles, tools, and equipment.
Ability to repeatedly lift up to 75 pounds and climb on large agricultural equipment.
Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and attention to detail.
High school diploma or equivalent experience.
Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
Must maintain a good driving record in compliance with company Motor Vehicle Records criteria throughout employment.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Must pass a DOT physical and renew certification annually as a condition of continued employment.

Nice To Haves

Forklift certification or experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Safely deliver lawn & garden and agricultural equipment to customers and between dealership locations.
Load and unload equipment for deliveries and transfers.
Wash, clean, and prepare equipment for display and customer delivery.
Organize and maintain the sales lot, including tracking equipment transfers.
Perform grounds maintenance, including mowing, trimming, and snow removal.
Operate and maintain dealership vehicles, tools, and equipment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all safety policies and accurately document time and materials used.
Other duties as assigned.
