The Law Student Intern will research health care legal issues and summarize conclusions, assist attorneys on various matters including legal issues related to tax-exempt organizations, patient care, academic medical research, and other general corporate matters. The intern will also review general contracts and assist with various adversarial matters, including contract disputes, employment litigation, and medical staff appeals.
