In commercial law and regulatory at PwC, you will advise on regulatory and public policy relating to PwC's commercial activities; responding to inquiries or investigations launched by regulators; understanding the legal impact on the business of regulatory directives and orders; preparing commercial partners and staff for public enquiries and hearings. As part of the Office of General Counsel's Counseling group, you will provide legal advice to PwC's professionals, leadership, and risk management on various business issues, regulatory (covering multiple industries) and commercial disputes. Counselors also review and advise on engagement letters and other agreements related to client work.
