About The Position

The Temporary Part Time Law Clerk is primarily responsible for providing administrative and legal support to the Legal Department. This role involves performing data entry, scanning, and other miscellaneous clerical tasks, assisting with special projects, and maintaining a high level of decorum, professionalism, and confidentiality. The position may require completing projects on short notice under extreme time constraints.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited university.
  • Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Communicates effectively with vendors, internal employees, and customers.
  • Interest in legal, business, real estate, construction, or finance.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in an office environment preferred.
