About The Position
Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, LLP is seeking a talented Law Clerk to join our award-winning team in our Las Vegas Office for Summer 2027 (for a minimum of 8-12 weeks between May and August). We are a reputable and forward-thinking mid-sized law firm, recognized for its sixth consecutive year as a Best Law Firm® by U.S. News & World Report’s Best Lawyers®. The ideal candidate must be enrolled in law school, going into their 2L or 3L year. They must be motivated, reliable, and able to work independently for a professional firm. This role offers an excellent platform for professional growth, as it offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with team members and be mentored by experienced partners.
Requirements
- Enrolled in law school, going into their 2L or 3L year.
- Motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys with discovery, motion work, research projects, meetings and litigation preparation.
- Learn billing and many aspects of civil litigation.
- Assist and/or attend depositions and mediations with handling attorneys.
