About The Position
Recruitment Number 26-093SI, Law Clerk (District Court), SR-20, Full Time, Temporary, Honolulu, Oahu. Salary rate effective July 1, 2026. This recruitment will only be used to fill a temporary, full-time position. Applicants who will graduate with a Juris Doctor degree from a school of law recognized by the American Bar Association may apply within three months prior to graduation. If you are selected, we will need an original official transcript (not a copy) indicating the completion of the required coursework and the awarding of the degree.
Requirements
- Graduation from a school of law recognized by the American Bar Association with a Juris Doctor degree.
Responsibilities
- Performs legal research and analysis, and prepares memoranda of findings and analysis
- May assist in preparations for pre-trial hearings and trials
- Performs other duties as required
