About The Position
The Utah State Courts seeks talented and motivated individuals to help in its mission "to provide the people with an open, fair, and independent system for the advancement of justice under the law." This position is for a Law Clerk Attorney within the 2nd District Court in Ogden. The role is ideal for someone passionate about equal justice under the law, possessing legal experience, and pursuing or holding a Juris Doctorate. Membership or eligibility for membership in the Utah State Bar in good standing is also required. Applicants are asked to submit a cover letter, resume, three professional references, law school transcripts, and a writing sample (minimum four pages) with their application. The cover letter should address interest in the position and suitability for the role. Responses to application questions must be supported by the resume or work history.
