Reporting to the Laundry Supervisor, the successful applicant will be required to: Provide a supply of clean, sanitary linen for various hospital departments Collect soiled linen from various hospital departments Maintain the linen rooms in a clean, sanitary, safe and orderly manner in accordance with established procedures Wash, dry, fold, sort, and label personal resident clothing
Requirements
- Grade 12/GED or equivalent work experience required
- Knowledge of Infection Control procedures
Nice To Haves
- Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred
