The Laundry/Valet Attendant processes all guest laundry requests, including pressing, cleaning, dry-cleaning, spot clean and repairs.

Passion for laundry!
Ability to work independently

Nice To Haves

Previous laundry/valet experience in a luxury hotel preferred but not

Responsibilities

Operate dry cleaning machine for processing / cleaning and washers/dryers to specified standards for rags, house towels, uniforms, etc. and is familiar with proper chemical usage.
Process one hour pressing for guests
Spot clean any garments.
Utilize the tagging system in processing laundry and dry cleaning in the hotel
Read all clothing labels and instructions before processing any items
Remove spots and stains from garments whenever possible.
Report any damaged garment to management.
Steam, presses, and touches up garments in a professional manner in accordance with Four Seasons standards.
