This position is responsible for maintaining property vehicles, tools, and equipment, including performing preventative maintenance checks such as oil levels and tire pressure/wear. The role involves managing maintenance inventory, requisitioning necessary parts and supplies, and keeping detailed daily logs of operation, maintenance, and safety activities. The driver will also operate various warehouse equipment like forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, and dollies, and will be responsible for examining stock items for defects. A key aspect of the role includes adhering to all company safety and security policies, reporting any issues, and completing required safety training. Additionally, the position requires maintaining a professional appearance, ensuring confidentiality, and providing excellent guest service according to company standards. This includes welcoming guests, anticipating needs, assisting individuals with disabilities, and fostering positive working relationships. The role also involves identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and cost-savings. Physical requirements include moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects weighing up to 25 pounds, performing visual inspections of equipment, and working in various environmental conditions including reaching, bending, twisting, and moving over uneven surfaces. Reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors are also part of the role.
