About The Position
The Laundry Supervisor is responsible for the supervision and coordination of the laundry services and the growth of facility and community resources. This role provides comprehensive standards, practices, and programs that meet the needs and best interests of the community and residents. The supervisor manages the selection, training, development, and performance of assigned staff, maintains inventory of laundry supplies, coordinates purchases with the purchasing coordinator, and develops, maintains, and implements infection control and universal precaution policies.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a health care setting.
- Two (2) or more years of supervisory experience.
