About The Position
The Laundry Supervisor supports the Laundry Director with administrative tasks and day-to-day operations. This role serves as a backup when the Director is unavailable but primarily focuses on assisting with scheduling, billing, and team support. Core Linen Services is a leader in hospital and hospitality laundry processing services around the country. Our focus is on service, quality and safety which enable our clients to provide essential services to their patients and guests. The Company operates across 20+ states and is a portfolio company of H.I.G. Capital, based in Miami, FL.
Requirements
- Basic supervisory or team lead experience preferred
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Comfortable with basic computer tasks (scheduling, data entry, billing)
- Reliable and able to step up when needed
Responsibilities
- Assist the Laundry Director with daily administrative tasks (scheduling, billing, reports)
- Help manage staff scheduling and timekeeping
- Support basic billing and data entry tasks
- Answer client questions and assist with requests as needed
- Step in to oversee operations only when the Director is not present
- Support staff on the floor to keep operations running smoothly
- Help maintain organization, communication, and workflow within the department
