About The Position
Cambria Calabasas Hotel is seeking experienced Laundry Attendants responsible for daily laundry and responding to guest requests to deliver outstanding guest service and satisfaction. As part of the property team, the role contributes to creating inspired workplaces that enable Associates to deliver excellent guest experiences and maximize investor returns. Responsibilities
- Launder all hotel materials in a timely fashion
- Folding and storage of the hotel linens and terry as directed
- Count and minimize loss of hotel linens and terry
- Unload soled linen from carts and transport the linen to the laundry
- Maintain equipment and report needed repairs to maintenance
- Respond to guest’s special needs and requests
- Unload trash from housekeeping carts and dispose of refuse
- Report needed repairs to maintenance
- Responsible for sweeping, waxing, and deep cleaning or flooring/carpets throughout the property
- Clean windows and mirrors in the hotel
- Must wear proper uniform at all times in accordance with the standards of appearance, including wearing a nametag on the right side of the uniform
- Perform other duties as assigned, of which the associate is capable
