About The Position

Finishes clean linens by ironing, folding, and packaging according to established policies, procedures and instructions for machine operation. Distributes clean linens and maintains stock levels as needed. Assist the Attendant II with dryers and washers as necessary. Cross trains in the Housekeeping Department and works in Housekeeping as needed.

Requirements

Ability to examine articles for stains, tears or other.
Ability to stack linens for distribution or places them in supply storage.
Ability to report linen supply shortages to supervisor.
Ability to clean delivery equipment and assists with other cleaning duties in laundry/linen department.
Ability to fold, sort and stack items on table or in carts.
Ability to train all new employees for linen tasks.

Nice To Haves
