About The Position

PeaceHealth is hiring a full-time Laundry/Linen Attendant in Environmental Services for an evening position. The role is responsible for laundry and linen in the region, including processing washed linen, distributing and restocking linen in departments, storing community linen supplies, and maintaining current laundry records according to department policies and procedures. The attendant may also work as an Environmental Services Attendant as needed and perform other assigned duties. The position is represented by a collective bargaining agreement. The listed salary range is $20.96–$28.59; the hiring rate depends on factors including education, training, work experience, applicable collective bargaining agreement terms, and seniority. There may be more than one opening.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
• Flexibility in job assignments and ability to work under short time frames.

Nice To Haves

• Laundry/linen experience.
• Sewing/tailor skills preferred for the SEAR location.

Responsibilities

• Sort, dry, and fold washed linen.
• Distribute and restock linen in departments.
• Store linen supplies for the community.
• Maintain up-to-date laundry records consistent with department policies and procedures.
• Function as an Environmental Services Attendant as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
