Requirements
- High school diploma, equivalent or relative experience
- Knowledge of laundry procedures
- Must be able to push heavy weights
- Must be able to follow written and verbal directions with basic literacy in English
Nice To Haves
- Experience in long term laundry facilities preferred
Responsibilities
- Collecting, laundering, sorting, folding and returning resident personal clothing to the appropriate closets
- Emptying and filling of the linen truck
- Weighing and recording linens
- Bringing cages in and out as needed
- Picking up re-wash
- Assisting with new incoming linens (emptying boxes)
- Assisting supervisor with other assigned duties
