About The Position

Calyx Living is actively seeking energetic Laundry / Housekeepers for our BRAND NEW assisted living community, Calyx Living of Apex! We are located in beautiful Apex just off I-540 at Hwy 64. Calyx is looking to hire NOW Laundry / Housekeepers who will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing, making beds and changing linens, laundry, vacuuming, and anything else needed for residents to live comfortably and in a clean, polished environment.

Requirements

• Must be able to climb, bend, lift, stoop, kneel, crawl, push, reach and carry, stand for extended periods of time and may be required to move furniture
• Able to respond productively and to handle additional tasks/projects as assigned
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays

Nice To Haves

• Housekeeping experience strongly preferred
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with the team, residents and families
• Reliable, diligent and hardworking
• High School diploma preferred
• Caring person with a positive outlook
• Enthusiastic about making an impact in the lives of seniors
