About The Position
Calyx Living is actively seeking energetic Laundry/ Housekeepers for our assisted living community located in Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina. The role involves ensuring residents live comfortably in a clean and polished environment. This position is looking to hire immediately.
Requirements
- Housekeeping experience strongly preferred
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the team, residents and families
- Reliable, diligent and hardworking
- Must be able to climb, bend, lift, stoop, kneel, crawl, push, reach and carry, stand for extended periods of time and may be required to move furniture
- Able to respond productively and to handle additional tasks/projects as assigned
- High School diploma preferred
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
- Cleaning and sanitizing resident areas
- Making beds and changing linens
- Laundry duties
- Vacuuming
- Ensuring residents live comfortably in a clean, polished environment
