About The Position
High Yield Laundry Facility is seeking dependable, hardworking Laundry Facility Attendants to help keep their operation running smoothly. Every clean sheet, fresh towel, and perfectly prepared linen package plays a critical role in creating an exceptional guest experience. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active, working with a team, and seeing the results of their efforts every day. Available shifts include 1st Shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) and 2nd Shift (3:30 PM - 12:00 Midnight). Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States, and the employer does not sponsor work visas.
Requirements

- Physical capability to lift, push, pull, and move linen carts and bundles
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

Responsibilities
- Collect and transport soiled linens from designated drop-off locations
- Sort linens by type and inspect for stains, damage, and quality concerns
- Identify and separate linen sizes and categories accurately
- Operate commercial washers and dryers safely and efficiently
- Fold towels, pillowcases, and other linens to company standards
- Operate towel-folding and linen-processing equipment
- Process both returned and new inventory
- Package and prepare clean linens for distribution
- Assist with preparing, organizing, and distributing linen bags to cleaning teams
- Maintain accurate inventory levels of linen bags and supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assist with daily facility cleaning and end-of-shift responsibilities
- Lift and move linen bundles weighing up to 50-75 pounds independently and/or with assistance
