About The Position
Surfside Laundry is currently seeking experienced CDL truck drivers to join our team as Laundry Drivers. Based at our Surfside Laundry #1 facility located on Griffin Blvd. in Panama City Beach, FL, this role involves collecting and delivering laundry and supplies to hospitality clients within a 200-mile radius. Ideal candidates must be at least 23 years old , possess a valid driver's license , maintain a clean driving record , and successfully pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening .
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in delivery driving.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more regularly.
- Strong organizational and logistical skills to manage routes and schedules effectively.
- Excellent customer service abilities to maintain positive client relationships.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Willingness to relocate to Panama City Beach, FL prior to employment.
Responsibilities
- Collect and deliver linens and related supplies efficiently and safely.
- Coordinate and communicate with customers to schedule timely linen pickups.
- Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of the truck and laundry carts to ensure cleanliness and safety.
