About The Position

AHC Hospitality represents a diverse array of hotels, restaurants, and resorts, providing exceptional experiences for guests. This role involves running the day-to-day operations of the laundry and Ada Linen to ensure efficiency and productivity, while maintaining all paperwork and recordkeeping of Ada Linen weight.

Regularly required to stand, walk, and run
Must be able to be on one's feet up to 8 hours per day
Required to use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects
Required to frequently reach with hands and arms
Regularly required to talk or hear, taste, or smell
Occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision

Responsibilities

Learn how to operate all of the equipment in the Laundry
Learn how to work in all of the laundry different areas (Feed and catch on the Iron, run the towel machine, learn how to run the washer and driers and learn how to work in the Shute room)
Attend departmental meetings
Follow AHC handbook policies and standard operating procedures
Read or listen to Daily Planner
Complete all daily responsibilities/cleaning task list
Maintain a positive work area
Work with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Ensure proper productivity and quality standards are kept
Ensure all policies and procedures are being adhered to
Make sure work area is kept clean
