To perform a combination of tasks which maintains the hotel premises in a clean and orderly manner, thereby contributing to a pleasant, positive experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED certificate.
- Customer service background.

Responsibilities
- Greets and welcomes guests.
- Properly operate and maintain laundry equipment and dryer equipment.
- Clean guest rooms upon request by management.
- Handle and complete all guests’ requests immediately.
- Collect, sort, wash, dry, and pre-treat stain linen.
- Remove lint from dryers after each cycle.
- Assist room attendants on the floor with supplies when instructed.
- Sweep, Mop and maintain laundry room cleanliness.
- Clean, Mop, empty trash, and maintain supplies in the employee break room / bathroom.
- Fold towels, linen and place on shelf keeping everything orderly including storage room.
- Follow all OSHA policies and guidelines.
- Insure the safety of our guest’s property assets; never open door for guest’s who forgot their key (redirect them back to the front desk).
