Laundry Attendant
About The Position
Responsible for the overall activities of all CCCH linens, towels, uniforms, etc. This includes fulfilling laundry responsibilities such as washing and drying comforters, micro towels, bed scarves, pool towels, linens, blankets, pillows, and uniforms. The role also involves maintaining inventory of laundry room products like Ecolab detergents, spot cleaners, and chemicals, reporting low inventory to the housekeeping manager or supervisor for reordering. Additionally, the attendant must keep the laundry area clean, ensure water vents are free-flowing to prevent flooding, clean dryer filters, and clean restrooms and other assigned areas.
Requirements
- 1-year previous laundry/ housekeeping experience required
- Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to apply common sense reasoning to a variety of situations.
- Must be computer literate
- Must be 18+ years old
- Must be available for all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Must pass a drug test and background check for an AZ Gaming License.
- Must adhere to all Cliff Castle Casino Hotel policies and procedures.

- Checking the water vent to ensure free flow and prevent flooding.
- Ensuring dryer filters are clean and free from debris and lint build-up.
- Cleaning restrooms and other areas as assigned.
- Providing exceptional guest service through a welcoming, friendly, and professional environment.
- Aiming to exceed guest expectations with attentive, personalized service and prompt responses and resolution.
