About The Position

This position performs a variety of laundry duties to provide clean and sanitary linens and terry for guests. The role involves washing, drying, sorting, folding, and inspecting items for wear and tear and stains. The Laundry Attendant is responsible for ensuring the laundry area is kept clean and organized, maintaining stock and inventory, and assisting with delivering guest-requested items. Additionally, they may be asked to clean public spaces when needed. The role also emphasizes providing exceptional guest experiences through courteous and friendly service, responding promptly to inquiries, and contributing to a positive work environment.

• Thorough knowledge of laundry procedures.
• Thorough knowledge of laundry supplies.
• Ability to work with a variety of chemicals and detergents.
• Ability to work without direct supervision.
