As part of our team, you will be an essential player in ensuring that every guest has a seamless, luxurious experience from the moment they check in to the moment they check out.

Requirements

• Attention to detail and quality in handling linens and guest garments.
• Ability to monitor and operate laundry machinery and equipment according to safety protocols.
• Ability to inspect linens and towels for damage.
• Ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
• Team player with good collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute linens, towels, and guest clothing with attention to detail and quality.
• Ensure the proper storage of linens and supplies, maintaining an organized and clean laundry area.
• Monitor and operate laundry machinery and equipment according to safety protocols.
• Inspect linens and towels for damage and report any issues to management.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the laundry facilities.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure timely availability of linens and other laundry needs.
