About the Role: Support Cleanliness and Excellence As a Part-Time Laundry Attendant, you will play an important behind-the-scenes role in ensuring that linens, uniforms, and towels are cleaned, organized, and ready for daily operations. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and takes pride in maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Nice To Haves
- Previous laundry, housekeeping, or related experience preferred but not required
- Experience with commercial laundry equipment
- Familiarity with proper handling of fabrics and cleaning products
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
Responsibilities
- Wash, dry, and fold towels, linens, and staff uniforms according to established standards
- Sort laundry by type, color, and fabric to ensure proper care
- Operate commercial washers, dryers, and pressing equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area
- Monitor inventory levels of linens and report shortages or damaged items
- Assist with distributing clean laundry to appropriate departments
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines when handling laundry and chemicals
- Support team members with additional tasks as needed
