About The Position
As a Laundry Attendant, you will be reporting directly to the resort's Laundry Supervisor and working behind the scenes with a fun and energetic group. Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Able to work weekends and holidays.
- Capable of multi-tasking and following directions.
Responsibilities
- Sorting through used linen and preparing for washing.
- Loading resort’s washers and dryers.
- Folding all linen including sheets, pillowcases, shower curtains, towels, washcloths, tablecloths, etc.
- Ironing linen to resort standards, including turning the iron on and off and waxing for use.
- Using proper chemical safety for treatment of stained linen.
- Cleaning dryer vents, drains, and keeping laundry area crisp and clean.
- Working closely with other teams to ensure proper communication is delivered.
- Other duties as needed.
