This role emphasizes cleanliness and friendliness, contributing to happy guests, spotless cleanliness, product consistency & quality, and teamwork. Team members are expected to greet guests happily, use their names, contribute to guest satisfaction, handle challenging situations, have strong hotel knowledge, support events, understand relevant technology, and answer calls with friendly service. Cleanliness is a team effort, with expectations for sparkling clean workspaces and pitching in to clean guest rooms and public spaces. Operational checklists must be completed accurately, handover reports on time, and uniforms must be flawless. Communication should be clear, honest, and professional, with a "Can Do Attitude" and commitment to collaboration. The Laundry Attendant specifically performs all stages of linen processing, including collecting, transporting, sorting, weighing, loading, and unloading of washers, dryers, and laundry chutes, folding, storing and delivering. They are responsible for washing and drying all dirty linens, towels, rags, etc., as directed by management, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the laundry facility.
