About The Position

We are looking for a Laundry Attendant to perform a variety of laundry duties to provide clean and sanitary linens and terry for our guests. This includes washing, drying, sorting, folding, and inspecting items for wear and tear and stains. The role also involves ensuring the laundry area is kept clean and organized, maintaining stock and inventory. Additionally, the attendant may be asked to assist with cleaning rooms or public spaces when needed. A key aspect of the role is ensuring an exceptional guest experience through courteous, friendly service and promptly responding to inquiries, requests, and complaints with a +1 Service Attitude. The position also contributes to maintaining a positive work environment for a diverse team and guests.

Requirements

Ability to follow verbal directions.
Thorough knowledge of laundry procedures.
Thorough knowledge of laundry supplies.
Ability to work with a variety of chemicals and detergents.
Ability to work without direct supervision.
Weekends are required.
