Requirements

• A strong work ethic and a “let’s get it done” attitude
• Ability to keep up with a fast pace—especially during peak season
• Attention to detail (you notice what others might miss)
• Team-first mindset—you jump in where needed
• Positive energy that fits a fun, guest-focused resort culture
• You’re on your feet and moving most of the shift
• Able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in a warm, active environment

Responsibilities

• Keep the flow going—wash, dry, fold, and stock linens so rooms turn quickly and smoothly
• Turn beach towels, pool towels, and bedding into fresh, guest-ready essentials
• Tackle stains and keep everything looking its best (because details matter here)
• Stay one step ahead of busy weekends and full-house turnover days
• Keep the laundry area clean, organized, and running efficiently
• Support the housekeeping team when the resort is buzzing (which is often!)
• Help ensure every guest gets that “fresh room” feeling the moment they walk in
