About The Position
South Port Square is seeking a dedicated Laundry Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for performing a variety of laundry functions to maintain an attractive, clean, and comfortable environment to meet the needs of residents. The Laundry Associate will work full-time, with shifts from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- This position requires background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
Nice To Haves
- Three to six months’ experience in housekeeping or janitorial position preferred.
Responsibilities
- Performs general housekeeping duties in apartments, such as: vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and dusting of all cleared flat surfaces.
- Performs general housekeeping duties of hallways and common areas as directed by supervisor.
- Maintains all equipment and supplies in proper condition.
- Responsible for performing a variety of housekeeping and laundry functions to maintain an attractive, clean, and comfortable environment to meet the needs of residents.
