Laundry Associate - WorldMark Long Beach
About The Position
WorldMark Long Beach is seeking a Laundry Associate to join their team. As a Laundry Associate, you will be responsible for processing laundry, including loading, operating, and unloading washers and dryers. You will wash, fold, and iron soiled linens, towels, napkins, and tablecloths. The role also involves safely operating, cleaning, and maintaining equipment, stocking shelves, and maintaining the cleanliness of the laundry facility. Additionally, you will assist in monthly linen inventory and preparing and stocking housekeeping carts. Maintaining positive guest and associate relationships by responding appropriately to inquiries and concerns is also a key part of this role.
Requirements
- Ability to read and comprehend routine instructions, short correspondence and memos.
- Ability to give high priority to customer service.
- A professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to work independently or with others as needed.
Responsibilities
