About The Position
Laundry Assistants Part Time 64 hours bi-weekly. Full Benefits packages starts on day one of employment. 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM. Work one Saturday a month. Laundry Assistants participate in the various aspects of laundry processing for residential, personal care, and nursing care residents and for facility laundry as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be 16 or older
- No experience required
Responsibilities
- Loads and unloads dryers.
- Folds and irons, identifying clothing in need of mending.
- Restocks linen rooms in each household and distributes personal clothing.
- Demonstrates dependability, competence, accuracy and is observant.
- Adheres to compliance policies regarding confidentiality, HIPAA regulations, and resident and client rights.
- Complies with regulatory agency standards and applicable policies and procedures.
- Complies with safety and infection control protocols in all aspects of the job.
- Attends in-services and team meetings as required for role.
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
