About The Position

The Laundry Aide will interact with residents in a friendly manner, providing meaningful attention. This role involves handling hazardous cleaning supplies according to proper procedures and ensuring accurate labeling. The Laundry Aide must work safely and bring any unsafe actions to the attention of the Executive Director. Fostering teamwork, showing initiative, assisting others beyond job responsibilities, and having a positive impact on co-workers, residents, and visitors are key aspects of this position.

Requirements

• Compassion for and desire to work with seniors!
• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required.
• Ability to complete cleaning tasks in a timely, effective, and efficient manner.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.

Responsibilities
