Laundry Aide
About The Position
Ebenezer is looking for a Laundry Aide to join their team at the Martin Luther Care Center in Bloomington, MN. This position is responsible for processing all house linen and personal clothing and delivering to the floor. This position also processes all vendor linen, including stocking exchange carts and checking inventory. The Martin Luther Care Center is part of the Martin Luther Senior Living Campus, managed by Ebenezer, and offers 137 units between Skilled Nursing, Memory Care, and Transitional Care. The facility has been recognized by US News and World Reports as a Top Nursing Home and Transitional Care Center for the past two years.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Nice To Haves
- One to three years previous experience in a similar environment preferred.
Responsibilities
- Processing all house linen and personal clothing and delivering to the floor.
- Processing all vendor linen, including stocking exchange carts and checking inventory.
- Fills and empties washer and dryer, follows instructions.
- Folds and sorts all clean linen.
- Delivers linen to resident care areas or appropriate floor.
