Requirements

Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a healthcare or senior living environment is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Wash, dry, fold, and distribute laundry for residents and facility departments
- Ensure linens, towels, and personal laundry are returned clean and in good condition
- Respect residents’ privacy and preferences at all times, including knocking before entering rooms
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the laundry area
- Promote a positive attitude and strong sense of community among staff and residents
- Demonstrate genuine compassion for the elderly and an understanding of the aging process
