About The Position

We are seeking a motivated, career-driven individual to lead the day-to-day success of one of the cleanest, most modern and highly respected laundromats in the Midwest. This is a newly created leadership role offering significant growth potential, including performance-based bonuses, stock options and long-term ownership opportunities. In partnership with the owner group, you will take full operational responsibility for running a high-performance facility.

Responsibilities

Leading staffing, scheduling, and team development
Training and mentoring a high-performance staff
Managing inventory, supplies and cost control
Maintaining exceptional quality standards and facility presentation
Delivering outstanding customer service
Light marketing and community engagement
Additional duties as needed to driver operational excellence

Competitive hourly rate during 3–6-month training period (negotiable), transitioning to salaried compensation upon successful completion.
