About The Position

10Beauty is a robotics startup based in Burlington, MA, focused on building the world's first fully autonomous manicure machine. Having secured significant funding and pre-sold their initial 1,000 machines to major retailers like Ulta Beauty and Nordstrom, the company is rapidly expanding. They have already launched their first robot at Ulta Beauty in Everett. This is a fast-growing organization with a team of over 50 individuals possessing deep robotics experience. The company aims to establish 'beauty robotics' as a recognized field. This role is crucial for scaling robot deployments across retail partner locations, requiring a hands-on coordinator to manage the physical logistics of each launch. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with physical tasks such as building stations, managing inventory, and ensuring equipment is transported safely and on time. This is an on-site/field-based role operating out of the Burlington, MA facility, with travel to retail partner locations as necessary.

Requirements

  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
  • Able to safely lift and move heavy objects (50+ lbs)
  • Valid driver's license and comfortable driving a U-Haul or similar rental vehicle
  • Comfortable working independently and managing physical logistics with minimal oversight
  • Flexible and adaptable — this is a fast-growing startup where priorities can shift quickly

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with inventory tracking, labeling, or warehouse/logistics work a plus
  • Prior experience in operations, logistics, warehousing, moving, event production, or facilities is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Build and assemble physical stations/kits used for robot installations at retail partner sites
  • Handle and transport equipment safely, including lifting heavy objects and loading/unloading vehicles
  • Drive a rented U-Haul (or similar vehicle) to transport equipment between our facility, storage, and launch sites
  • Manage and organize an offsite storage unit, keeping inventory accurate and accessible
  • Label, track, and reconcile inventory across multiple locations and shipments
  • Support loading dock operations, including receiving, staging, and dispatching equipment
  • Assist with light facilities management tasks at our Burlington location as needed
  • Use basic hand and power tools to assemble, repair, or adjust equipment and station components
  • Maintain clear documentation of inventory levels, shipments, and station builds for internal tracking
