About The Position

Administer Justice is seeking a Launch and Training Coordinator to manage the onboarding and training of volunteers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to establish and run Gospel Justice Centers. This role involves guiding and encouraging volunteers, particularly Justice Champions, through the launch process, troubleshooting challenges, and maintaining up-to-date training materials. The coordinator will play a key part in multiplying the ministry's impact by empowering volunteers to serve their communities.

Requirements

  • In a growing, energetic relationship with Jesus & aligned with Administer Justice’s Statement of Faith
  • A warm personality who genuinely enjoys engaging with volunteers over video calls, phone calls, email, and text message communications
  • Experience connecting with, training, and motivating volunteers
  • Highly computer proficient, able to quickly learn new systems and use them efficiently and train others.
  • Enjoy managing multiple interlocking workflows and varying tasks at a high volume
  • Excited by a fast-paced, growing ministry environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Jira, Zendesk, or Pathwright a plus.
  • College degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Meet with volunteers considering the role of Justice Champion to inspire them, help them discern capacity and calling, and answer questions about the launch process.
  • Facilitate group cohort training calls for Justice Champions preparing to launch a new center.
  • Encourage, support, and excite new Justice Champions as they build their team and prepare their Center for launch.
  • Stay in constant contact with Justice Champions experiencing barriers to launching by helping them problem-solve through challenges.
  • Onboard new volunteers to ensure they have the systems and support they need to be successful.
  • Ensure volunteer on-demand trainings (hosted in Pathwright) and resources (hosted in Zendesk Knowledge) remain up to date and are continuously improved.
  • Meet with Justice Champions joining existing centers to provide orientation and training for the role.
  • Ensure new centers receive launch kits in a timely manner, including materials, banner, and signage.
  • Fulfill orders placed through AJ’s webstore by shipping out supplies stored at the office.
  • Support centers through their first three months of operation.
