The Latter Process Technician is responsible for maintaining excellent communication with Manufacturing Supervisors and the Assistant Manager. This role involves daily follow-up of machine targets and product quality, identifying the root causes of underachievement, and implementing improvements. A high focus is placed on the quality of safety-related brake products. The technician will troubleshoot alpha jet printers, perform maintenance on inkjet printers, and conduct preventive maintenance and general maintenance on the powder coating system, including ground wires, spray heads, and hoses. The position requires understanding and achieving production goals. The technician will also perform other duties as requested or assigned by the Manufacturing Management Team. Key tasks include printer setting, maintenance, and troubleshooting; performing scheduled powder coating preventive maintenance; maintaining safety and quality standards through proper PPE usage, identifying and reporting unsafe conditions, ensuring correct first-piece checks, and improving 5S in all areas. The role also involves assisting in corrective action investigations, implementing countermeasures, and initiating/participating in Kaizen activities.
