About The Position
We are hiring driven Late Night Crew Members with rates starting at $16.75 per hour up to $19.75! Must be available 7pm thru 3am and clean up to support restaurant late night operations. Sharel Ventures/NGEN Corp is family owned business, we own and operate 13 restaurants in Monroe, Ontario, Yates, and Seneca Co. and we would love to have you as part of our team! Our overnight shift starts at 11 pm, and our customers love to see smiling faces! We are looking for hardworking, enthusiastic individuals who want to be part of a winning team! If you enjoy working with people and learning new things then we want to meet you!
Requirements
- Must be available 7pm thru 3am
- Must be able to clean up to support restaurant late night operations.

Responsibilities
- Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
- Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals
- Prepare all of McDonald’s World Famous food
- Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun
- Keep the restaurant looking phenomenal
