Fueling your passion We are seeking a results-oriented and influential Last Mile Optimization Leader to drive operational efficiency and cost optimization initiatives across North America Land (NAL) and Canada. This role requires a strong ability to influence stakeholders to successful execution, build cross-functional relationships, and lead strategic programs that enhance fleet performance, operational effectiveness, and cost management. The ideal candidate will bring a solution-oriented and systems-thinking mindset, combined with strong financial acumen and deep experience in operations and supply chain within the oil & gas or manufacturing sectors. A proven track record in delivering cost-out and optimization projects, along with a high level of accountability and execution.

Requirements

Have experience in leading cost out, optimization projects
Have solution, systems mindset

Have financial acumen
Have operations/Supply Chain experience
Have a Bachelor's Degree
Have 5 years of experience in oil and gas or manufacturing

Delivering truck right sizing strategy in cHD, MD and LD truck sales plan for 2026
Long term fleet insight development
Ordering entry team optimization strategy
Operational expense spend reduction – Element - LD premium fuel, non-fuel purchasing
Indirect spend optimization – forklifts, water, fuel, truck spares
AHA tracking and reporting – last mile efficiencies + truck sales + fleet operational metrics
