Requirements
- Active Virginia cosmetology or esthetics/aesthetics license (Required)
- Hands-on experience with eyelash extensions — classic, volume, hybrid, mega volume (lashes are our #1 priority!)
- Flexible availability including some weekday evening hours (2–8 PM) and at least one weekend day to get your books filled fast
- A warm, upbeat, and personable attitude — our clients love a great vibe!
- Strong customer service and communication skills with clients, management, and teammates
- Professional appearance and a clean, organized workspace at all times
- Reliable personal transportation
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience with brow lamination, brow and facial waxing is a major plus
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional eyelash extension services using our premium products — classic, volume, hybrid, mega volume, and more
- Perform lash lifts, brow lamination, brow & facial waxing services (can train)
- Consult with clients to customize and elevate their experience
- Educate clients on aftercare and recommend retail products they'll love
- Keep your workspace clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times
