Requirements
- Valid North Carolina Esthetics or Cosmetology license required
- Proven experience in lash extension application (classic, volume, and/or hybrid)
- Strong attention to detail and precision in lash placement and isolation
- Excellent communication and client consultation skills
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality results
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
Nice To Haves
- Experience with lash lifting and tinting is a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform professional lash extension applications including classic, hybrid, and volume sets
- Conduct lash fill appointments and assess natural lash health at each visit
- Consult with clients to determine desired lash styles, lengths, and curl types
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and fully stocked lash station at all times
- Build and retain a loyal client base through exceptional service and follow-up
- Stay current on lash trends, techniques, and product knowledge
- Collaborate with salon team members to ensure a seamless guest experience
