Requirements

• Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist (Illinois license required)
• Hands-on experience with lash extensions (classic required; hybrid/volume a plus)
• Strong application skills with attention to detail and timing
• Comfortable performing additional services such as waxing and tinting
• Excellent communication and client retention skills
• Reliable, professional, and team-focused
• A positive attitude and passion for helping clients look and feel their best

Nice To Haves

• Hybrid/volume lash extension experience
