Amazing Lash Studio is seeking Full Time and Part Time certified estheticians/cosmetologists to join their growing, award-winning, and top-performing lash studio. The role is for a professional eyelash technician who is enthusiastic, hard-working, and enjoys creativity as a lash artist. Requirements

• Certified esthetician/cosmetologist
• Willingness to learn new lash and eye area techniques
• A positive, friendly, upbeat, and personable demeanor
• Organization skills regarding service notes from client appointment history
• Strong work ethic, responsible, punctual, dependable, and self motivated
• Ability to problem solve in a timely manner and communicate professionally and effectively with team members, guests, and management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional appearance

Responsibilities

• Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive ALS aftercare products
• Understand and promote ALS membership options and service upgrades
• Consistently create a friendly environment for guests by welcoming and educating the client on services and processes
• Maintain state requirements with health and sanitation processes, and suite cleanliness and organization

Benefits

• Pay ranging between $30.00 - $50.00/service hour, including tips
