About The Position

We are the premier leader in lash extensions and luxury salon services including lash lifts, brow lamination, lash and brow tinting, and threading. Our mission is to deliver a warm, welcoming, and elevated experience while focusing on the health and care of our guests' natural lashes and brows. Every service is tailored. Every detail is perfected. We are looking for a Stylist who has lash experience and enjoys working with people. You are able to work independently and understand the importance of the safe application of eyelash extensions. You are highly motivated, friendly and responsible! You must be a licensed esthetician or cosmetologist. If you are in esthetician or cosmetology school must be graduating in the next 30 days. We require a state license for all our lash artists.

Requirements

Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license
Reliable transportation
Strong work ethic
Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered
Ability to work some weekends and some evenings

Nice To Haves

1+ years as a Lash Stylist, preferred
1+ years with hand-made volume fans, preferred
Customer service focused; loves on your clients

Responsibilities

Create excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude
Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive aftercare products
Understand and promote products and memberships
Perform high-quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services
Generate new clientele through our amazing referral programs
Maintain clean and sterile work environment
