We are part of a network of over 135 locations in the United States offering a complete menu of services including Lash Perming, Tinting, Threading, Brow Laminations just to name a few. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are looking for a a Dynamic and Experienced Professional Stylist who loves giving women confidence through lash extensions and other services we provide. Our Professional Stylists enjoy working with other like-minded stylists and possess the ability to work well with others while simultaneously being able to sell memberships and make the guest want to return. Our professional Stylists understand the importance of the safe application of eyelash extensions, are highly motivated, mature, friendly and responsible! Lastly, our stylists enjoy a fun and jovial work environment and take part in our team building events. WHAT WE DO: The Lash Lounge is a world-class destination for semi-permanent eyelash extensions. We offer a complete menu of services, including eyelash extensions, refills, threading and more. When women visit The Lash Lounge, they enter a retreat designed to rejuvenate from the inside out, so that they can step out and face the world with confidence. Requirements

Active or soon to possess a Missouri Cosmetology or Esthetics license
Customer service focused; love your guests
Flexible with schedules and appointments
Reliable transportation
Mature and strong work ethic
Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on memberships, products and services offered
Ability to work weekends and evenings

Responsibilities

MAINTAIN A CLEAN AND STERILE WORK ENVIRONMENT
Create excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude
Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive Lash Lounge after care products
Understand and promote products and memberships
Perform high quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services
Generate new clientele through our amazing referral program.
Work under the direct supervision of a Manager, Trainer, or supervisor.
