About The Position

Every detail is perfected. We are looking for a Stylist who has lash experience and enjoys working with people. You are able to work independently and understand the importance of the safe application of eyelash extensions. You are highly motivated, friendly and responsible! You must be a licensed esthetician or cosmetologist. If you are in esthetician or cosmetology school must be graduating in the next 30 days. We require a state license for all our lash artists. The Lash Lounge is a world-class destination for semi-permanent eyelash extensions. We offer a complete menu of services, including eyelash extensions, refills, threading and more. When women visit The Lash Lounge, they enter a retreat designed to rejuvenate from the inside out, so that they can step out and face the world with confidence. We developed a proprietary training program to provide you with the latest, most innovative lashing and guest care courses. Whether new or experienced, you’ll get both intensive theory-based and hands-on education to further your professional careers. Finessed over decades with a focus on beautiful, consistent results and the safety of our guests, our curriculum is highly regarded industry-wide and rivals the best in the business.
Requirements
- Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license
- 1+ years as a Lash Stylist, preferred
- 1+ years with hand-made volume fans, preferred
- Customer service focused; loves on your clients
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic
- Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered
- Ability to work some weekends and some evenings
Responsibilities
- Create excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude
- Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive aftercare products
- Understand and promote products and memberships
- Perform high-quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services
- Generate new clientele through our amazing referral programs
- Maintain clean and sterile work environment
