About The Position

The Lash Lounge is the premier salon for Lash Extensions with over 140 locations in the United States. We offer a complete menu of services including Perming, Tinting, Threading, Brow Lamination and more. We are looking for a Stylist with some lashing experience. You are able to work independently and understand the importance of the safe application of eyelash extensions. You are highly motivated, friendly and responsible! We offer a complete training program to expand your skills! The Lash Lounge is a world-class destination for semi-permanent eyelash extensions. We offer a complete menu of services, including eyelash extensions, refills, threading and more. When women visit The Lash Lounge, they enter a retreat designed to rejuvenate from the inside out, so that they can step out and face the world with confidence. We developed a proprietary training program to provide you with the latest, most innovative lashing and guest care courses. Whether new or experienced, you’ll get both intensive theory-based and hands-on education to further your professional careers. Finessed over decades with a focus on beautiful, consistent results and the safety of our guests, our curriculum is highly regarded industry-wide and rivals the best in the business.

Requirements

Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license
Customer service focused; loves on your clients
Reliable transportation
Strong work ethic
Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered
Ability to work some weekends and some evenings

Nice To Haves

Experience with Classic lash application preferred

Responsibilities

Create excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude
Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive after care products
Understand and promote products and memberships
Perform high quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services
Generate new clientele through our amazing referral programs
Maintain clean and sterile work environment
